This policy explains how appointment requests, confirmations, rescheduling and cancellations are handled at Venn Dental.

1. Appointment Requests

Appointments may be requested through:

  • The Venn Dental website
  • Telephone
  • WhatsApp
  • Direct contact with the clinic

Online submissions are appointment requests only.

Important

Submitting an online form does not automatically confirm your appointment.

Our team will contact you to confirm availability.

2. Appointment Confirmation

An appointment is considered confirmed only after Venn Dental has communicated confirmation of the date and time.

If your requested time is unavailable, our team may suggest an alternative appointment.

3. Clinic Hours

Current clinic hours are:

10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Appointment availability within these hours may vary.

4. Arriving for Your Appointment

Patients are encouraged to arrive on time and allow sufficient time for registration or any required documentation.

New patients may be asked to provide:

  • Contact details
  • Relevant dental history
  • Medical history
  • Medication information
  • Previous dental records or X-rays, where relevant

5. Late Arrivals

If you expect to be late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.

Depending on:

  • How late you arrive
  • The treatment scheduled
  • Other patient appointments
  • Clinical availability

we may need to shorten, delay or reschedule your appointment.

6. Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, please notify Venn Dental as early as possible.

You can contact us via:

Phone / WhatsApp: 0321 9729883
Email: drfiza@venndental.com

We will try to arrange another suitable appointment based on availability.

7. Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, please inform the clinic as early as reasonably possible.

Early notice allows the appointment time to be offered to another patient.

Cancellation Fees

No cancellation fee or penalty should be stated on this website unless Venn Dental has formally adopted and communicated such a policy.

If cancellation charges are introduced later, this policy should be updated before they are applied.

8. Missed Appointments

If you do not attend a confirmed appointment and do not notify the clinic, the appointment may be recorded as a missed appointment.

Repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling arrangements.

9. Treatment Duration

Appointment times may vary depending on:

  • The treatment required
  • Clinical findings
  • Unexpected complexity
  • Urgent dental situations
  • Additional diagnostic requirements

We make reasonable efforts to remain on schedule, but delays can occasionally occur.

10. Dental Emergencies

Patients experiencing urgent dental concerns should contact the clinic directly rather than relying only on an online booking request.

For severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding or serious trauma, seek immediate emergency medical assistance.

11. Treatment Changes

The treatment planned before an appointment may sometimes need to change after clinical examination.

The dentist will explain relevant findings and treatment options before proceeding where appropriate.

12. Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for providing accurate information about:

  • Medical conditions
  • Allergies
  • Current medication
  • Pregnancy where relevant to treatment
  • Previous dental treatment
  • Other information that may affect dental care

This information can be important for safe treatment planning.

13. Children and Minors

Children should attend appointments with a parent, legal guardian or other appropriately authorized adult where required.

Consent requirements should be completed before treatment.
